·   Support Product Development efforts towards building Next-Generation Wireless Systems such as IoT (LTE Cat 1/M/0), VoWiFi, e911, Carrier Aggregation, eMBMs,  LTE-U, CDMA Less & LTE Multiband.

·   Validate ‘Network Interoperability’ and Performance of new Chipsets and Modules against the two LTE vendors for VZW: Nokia (formally ALU) and Ericsson.

·   In the above process, continuously worked with infrastructure vendors: Nokia, Ericsson, Cisco & HP to configure E-UTRAN, EPC and IMS Core elements to build test/development environment.

·   Worked with mobile chipset vendors and OEMs: Qualcomm, Intel, Samsung, LG, HTC, Motorola & Sequans to troubleshoot and fix non conformances against VZW requirements and 3GPP standards.

·   Resolve impairments related to; network hardware & software faults, translations, roaming (domestic and international), transport, and voice and data network elements.

·   Provided SME support to drive network troubleshooting and issue resolution for the issues identified during the User Trial period before the VoLTE launch.

·   Troubleshoot DS1/T1, MLPPP (Multilink) IP-MIS circuits.

·   Check the mapping to ensure the circuit is aligned with the MIS interface, verifying encapsulation, CRC Scrambling and Keep alive matches that customer has configured on his router interface

·              Measure ambient electromagnetic radiation in and around EMC test laboratories.

·              Calculate propagation loss in anechoic chambers using antennas, generators and analyzers.

·              Learn procedures for immunity and emission tests for radiated fields and injected electric current.

·   Learn calibration procedures for microwave devices such as impedance analyzers and two port network analyzers.  

 

Projects

·               Lead the efforts in installing Irisview taps, probes and server in VZW innovation lab, Warren, NJ. Trained the lab personals on the tool and continuously worked with the vendors for flawless operation.
